Below are a few pictures of Cullen and the cottage. The cottage is quite quirky, on account of it once being two separate (small) cottages that were knocked together possibly about 50 years ago. about 30 meters from the shore (there’s not a view of the sea as there is another line of cottages). There is wi-fi in the cottage and full gas central heating.
Kitchen: Dining table for 6, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
Sitting Room: Small but seating for 5. TV with freeview.
Bedrooms; There are three (I’ve just not got pictures). A double room on the ground floor, a twin room upstairs and second twin room in converted attic space (the one in the picture) that is really only suitable for children – it has restricted head space and has a sofa and some toys.
Bathroom: There is only one bathroom. It has a bath and shower.
Outside: Space for 2 cars. Very small (but sun trap) area to sit out and dry clothes.
Nearest Supermarket: Buckie (5 miles away), but good Co-op 5 mins walk away in Cullen.
Cullen has a couple of pubs, golf course, hotel, cafes, deli, couple of shops (great ice cream) and lots of lovely coastal walks. The village is on the moray coast and about 80-90 mins drive from Aberdeen
